Who we are

Madina Yakhni Pulao is a restaurant and daig catering business with branches in Multan, Lahore and Faisalabad. This page explains what information our website (madinayakhnipulao.pk) collects and how we use it.

Ye page batata hai ke hamari website aap ki kaun si maloomat leti hai aur us ka kya istemal hota hai.

What you give us when you order

• Food orders: name, mobile number, delivery address, and — only if you allow it on your phone — your location, so the rider can find you.
• Daig bookings: the same, plus event date, time, venue and number of guests.
• Corporate accounts: company name, contact person, phone, email, office address and (optional) NTN.
• Loyalty points: linked to your mobile number.

We use this only to prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, keep your loyalty points, and keep our sales and tax records. Your name, number and address are shown to the branch staff and the rider who handles your order.

Ye maloomat sirf aap ka order tayyar karne, pohnchane aur us ke baare mein aap se rabta karne ke liye hai. Branch staff aur rider ko aap ka naam, number aur pata nazar aata hai.

Your phone may also remember your name, number and address so you don't have to type them next time. This stays on your device.

Cookies, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These use cookies and similar technology to tell us how people use the site — for example which pages are visited, which dishes are added to the cart, and the value of an order — and to measure and show our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram.

We do not send your name, mobile number, address, location or email to Google or Meta through these tools. They receive things like the page, the dish, the order amount, the branch and the type of order.

Website par Google Analytics aur Meta Pixel lage hain. Ye dekhte hain ke log site par kya karte hain (kaun sa page, kaun si dish, order kitne ka). Aap ka naam, number, pata ya location Google aur Meta ko nahi bheja jata.

Where it is kept and who else sees it

Orders and bookings are stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which may keep data on servers outside Pakistan. If you pay online, the bank, JazzCash or EasyPaisa you choose processes that payment under its own terms.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for our accounts and tax records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your choices — correct or delete your data

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you (for example your saved number, address or loyalty points). Send us a WhatsApp message and tell us the mobile number you ordered with. We may still need to keep records required by law.

Apni maloomat dekhne, theek karwane ya mitwane ke liye neeche wale number par WhatsApp karein, aur wo number batayen jis se aap ne order kiya tha.

Children

Our website is meant for adults placing food orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
